Bio of the panel:

Tony Hoslet is the owner of Hoslet Consulting Inc. Sandler Training Green Bay by Hosltet Consulting Incorporated is an award-winning Green Bay based management and salesforce development organization. Sandler Training Green Bay specializes in sales performance assessments, business development strategies, sales productivity training, leadership development, executive coaching along with recruiting, hiring and onboarding. Tony and his team also have significant experience building high-performing sales teams, creating metrics and tracking tools, and is skilled in developing and inspiring others. Tony is an enthusiastic business leader who brings over 30 years of sales and sales leadership success to the Wisconsin business community as a leadership development specialist, business coach, mentor and sales trainer.

Eric Thompson is a lifelong entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience in the e-commerce and digital marketing industries. He started his career as an owner of a restaurant in Green Bay Wisconsin for a few years before moving to an e-commerce consulting role. From there, Eric launched into starting and scaling an e-commerce company from $0-$30 million by leveraging SEO strategies. After moving on from that business, he now works as President at Local Result Marketing (LRM), which provides local and regional reach digital marketing and advertising management to clients across the United States and Canada.

Robert Jahnke is the owner of Top Hat Marketing Inc. 

Entrepreneur and business owner since 1982, Robert attributes his entrepreneurial longevity to persistence and adding value to others. He has helped hundreds of businesses become more successful by using low-cost ideas and optimizing strategies. Robert is a Customer Acquisition & Retention Specialist and has owned businesses in these industries, carpet-cleaning, insurance, advertisement distribution, travel, publishing, printing, mailing, marketing and customer relationships management (CRM) and has sold 5 of them so far. Robert has been a volunteer for SCORE for the last 15 years. Is the co-founder of HBBA Referral Network a non-profit organization based in WI.
